Supporting Cancer Research at Virginia Mason Team Medicine, the SEAFAIR Marathon could not happen without the work of over 1,000 dedicated volunteers who strive to make the event efficient, organized and enjoyable for all participants.
Volunteer opportunities range from course monitors, split callers to medical tent 
attendees, registration and finish-line greeters. Volunteer today and be a part of SEAFAIR and the Virginia Mason Team Medicine Marathon.
SEAFAIR, in its 56th year, is a non-profit organization supported by more than 4,000 volunteers, a Board of Directors and 10 full time staff.

The Cause RunnersCancer can strike anyone from the small child with leukemia to the many men 
diagnosed with prostate cancer later in life. Funds raised through the Virginia Mason Team Medicine Marathon at SEAFAIR directly support Virginia Mason to purchase the most promising new methods of curing and preventing cancer. Dedicate your Run or WalkSupport your family members and friends who are cancer survivors or are battling the disease. Personalize an “In Honor Of” sticker for a suggested donation of $10, to wear during your race, expressing your support for a loved one. Stickers will be available at the registration area. All money raised will support lung cancer research at Virginia Mason.
