PRE-RACE PASTA DINNER

5:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Get your fill of those precious CARBS at the Pre-Race Pasta Dinner! The menu will feature all-you-can-eat pasta including choice of roasted garlic tomato sauce or basil pesto alfredo sauce, caesar salad, assorted cookies and beverages.
Tickets are $15 if you make reservation in advance or purchase during packet pick-up anytime on Saturday during the expo.
Tickets will be sold on Saturday for $18 at the door. (Children between 4-12 are admitted for $10 in advance and $12 at the door. Age 3 and under are free.)
To make reservations please call 425-455-1300 between the hours of 8am-8pm.
Tickets will not be mailed or included in packets. Those who made reservation will be placed on a special list to be verified at the door.
SPEAKERS FORUM
An excellent opportunity for Q&A with local running coaches, course experts and fitness coaches. Amoung other speakers, 2008 will feature course expert Carl Krikorian at 11 a.m. and 4 p.m.
